Great choice to change things up! The neck support is very comfortable. If you're less flexible it fits just fine under the shoulders as well. Easily adjustable, removes quick when ready for a position change. I'd recomend this to anyone looking for a little extra kink.

The pad for the headrest is really comfortable, makes potentially uncomfortable positions doable!

Had to adjust and move the straps around ...I am plus sized so the straps didn't fit around my thighs..so I put the wrist strap with the leg straps and it fit perfect...very durable...and these straps are def a game changer!!!
